Yes, prayers do get answered

Hello,
My name is Donna. I would like to tell you a little story of an answered prayer. I met this young man at my job and I felt it impressed upon my heart to just love on him daily.. Unknowing at first to a severe drug problem that he ,but over time of knowing him I began to realize he had something going on in his life. I began to share with him the Love of the Lord and how much Jesus loved him and that thru Christ Jesus he could conquer any demon. Knowing that I needed to get him to talk to my husband Mark a pastor but still unsure of how I would accomplish this I just picked up the phoned and called Mark who was with a group of Pastors at a waiting upon God in another state. Mark prayed with this young man on the phone. After hanging up with him Mark and his friends spent some time that day praying for him.The prayer was that he would be delivered from drugs and find peace in his life. Never the less a few days went by and this young man never showed back up at work. It has now been two weeks and I get a phone call from this young man. He called me to say thanks to every body who prayed for him. He is drug free!! PRAISE THE LORD. Although, he has lost his job in the process of his recovery he is free from the addiction he had and he felt impressed to call me to say thank you.
